You can construct much larger cities in Skylines Remastered thanks to the game’s increase in the number of buildable tiles from nine to 25. A new environmental controls panel (used to adjust rain, fog, time of day, and environment color) and “overall graphic performance increase for the bigger city builders” are also coming. There will also be a new map editor and a quick selection tool.
On February 15, Cities: Skylines Remastered will be released for the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, with many improvements over the previous generation’s version promised. The Remastered version will be available to all current owners of the game as a free upgrade, which is the best part.
The After Dark expansion for Cities: Skylines Remastered is also free. The remastered versions of any DLC for Cities: Skylines that you already own will be included for free, according to Paradox.
City-building game Cities: Skylines is currently part of Xbox Game Pass, and it also ranks highly on our list of the top Xbox simulation games.
