Orrick Welcomes Life Sciences and Tech Transactions Partner David Sharrow to Boston and New York Offices

BOSTON, MA – Orrick, a global law firm, is pleased to announce the addition of David Sharrow as a partner in its Life Sciences and Tech Transactions practice. Sharrow will be based in Orrick’s Boston and New York offices.

With over 15 years of experience, Sharrow has a proven track record of advising clients in the life sciences and technology sectors on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. He has deep expertise in structuring and negotiating complex transactions, including licensing arrangements, collaborations, and strategic alliances.

“David’s arrival is a significant milestone for our life sciences and tech transactions practice,” said Kelsi Corkran, the head of Orrick’s Life Sciences practice. “His experience and industry knowledge will be invaluable as we continue to expand our capabilities and provide exceptional service to clients in the life sciences and technology sectors.”

Prior to joining Orrick, Sharrow was a partner at a leading international law firm, where he represented a diverse array of clients, including biotechnology companies, pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, and technology companies.
