Forum Energy Technologies, a global oilfield products company, has announced the appointment of Martin Thomson as the first Energy Transition Business Development Manager for the offshore wind sector.

In his new role, Thomson will be responsible for leading the company’s efforts to expand its presence in the offshore wind industry, while also identifying new business opportunities and potential partnerships.

With over 20 years of experience in the energy sector, Thomson brings extensive knowledge and expertise to Forum Energy Technologies. Prior to joining the company, he held several senior positions within the offshore wind sector, including business development and project management roles.
