Arkansas Tech University (ATU) has appointed Dr. Mary Daubenheyer as the new Vice President for Enrollment Management. Daubenheyer will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that will enhance the recruitment and retention efforts of the university. She brings a wealth of experience in higher education, having served in various leadership roles in enrollment management.

In her new role, Daubenheyer will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment and retention of students at ATU. She will work closely with staff and faculty to develop and execute initiatives that will attract more students to the university and support them throughout their college journey. She will also work on developing programs that will enhance the student experience and enable them to succeed both academically and professionally.

“We are excited to welcome Dr. Daubenheyer to Arkansas Tech University. She has a proven track record of success in enrollment management, and her leadership will be instrumental in helping us reach new heights,” said Dr. Robin E. Bowen, President of ATU.

Daubenheyer has been in higher education for over 25 years and has held several positions in enrollment management, including Director of Admissions, Director of Financial Aid, and Vice President for Enrollment Management. She holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Arkansas, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Ouachita Baptist University.

“I am honored to join the team at Arkansas Tech University and lead the enrollment management efforts. I look forward to working with the staff, faculty, and administration to develop and implement strategies that will attract and retain more students, and support their success,” said Daubenheyer.
