Shelton, CT – The students in the Tech-Ed program at Shelton High School have teed up a mini golf course that’s a hole-in-one! The course, which was designed and built entirely by the students, features 9 challenging holes that combine creativity and engineering skill in a fun and interactive way.

The mini golf course project was part of an annual competition held at the school, where Tech-Ed students from all grades worked together in teams to develop their own unique course designs. The winning team’s course was selected based on its creativity, functionality, and overall design, and was then built using state-of-the-art technology and tools.

According to the winning team, their design was inspired by famous golf courses around the world, and each hole showcases a different theme and challenge. The students utilized 3D printing technology to create the various obstacles on the course, as well as computer-aided design software to develop the course layout and concept.

The mini golf course is currently open to Shelton High School students during lunchtime and after school, and has already proven to be a hit among its players. The success of this project has not only showcased the students’ technical skills, but has also fostered a sense of teamwork and collaboration that will undoubtedly benefit them in their future careers.

Overall, the Tech-Ed program at Shelton High School continues to prove the importance of bringing real-world, hands-on experiences into the classroom, and we look forward to seeing what the students will tee up next!
