PlayStation 5 owners seem to be stunned by new updates to the console that improve some notable features. We have consistently announced that there is work to be done. And while Sony has taken that criticism to heart and made small tweaks over time, the PS5’s annoyances are still not all gone. It looks like it’s been modified to resemble what we’ve seen before.
Over the past week, Sony seems to have slowly started making changes to the Explore tab on his PS5 dashboard. Previously, some PS5 owners were annoyed by how the Explore section appeared, mainly because it was only there to promote different games on the PlayStation.
This new version of the Explore tab now more clearly shows his trophies and his level and includes a section dedicated to friends’ activities. Sony still touts the various new games available for PS5 in this section, but the tweaks make it far less cumbersome than it used to be.
Note that this update on the PS5’s Explore page isn’t actually an update for the console itself. That means there’s no patch to download to get this change for yourself, plus the change doesn’t seem to be rolling out to all his PS5 owners worldwide. Instead, it looks like these changes are currently only appearing on US PS5 consoles. However, assuming this dashboard overhaul is well received by fans, it’s possible that all PS5 consoles will receive this update in the future. there is.
