RIDG Gaming and Cerro Coso Community College Foundation will team up on December 10th for a Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Gaming tournament and fundraiser starting at 11:00 AM at the Student Center in the main campus building.
Common rules for completion include round best of 3 matches. Style Stock/Life; Camp 3 Lives; Time Limit – 5 Minutes; Last Smash Meter off. spirit from; damage target; stage pick loser; Article Off/None; Damage Multiplier -10x; Pause; Hazard Shutdown; Mii – All Move Set Legal. Eligible stages are Battlefield, Big Battlefield, and Final Destination. Affected controllers are GameCube controllers and Switch Pro controllers. Players can play with their own controllers.
Awards for tributes from event sponsors: Saalex, Teya Services, Ridgecrest Regional Hospital, State Farm – Gary Charlon, Raw Media Pros, Jim Kear. The top player will receive an individual prize of $300, second place $200 and third place $100. The winner of the business contest will be awarded the coveted 2022 Coyote Legend his championship trophy. Players are also encouraged to dress up as their favorite characters.
