We’ve already heard rumors about Marvel Snap, the anticipated Card Battler featuring the Marvel cast. You can only think of this Hearthstone-esque if the Avengers are on the battlefield. At launch, the game will be available on both mobile and PC. With seemingly high skill caps, this proves to be a game to invest a lot of time into. Hopefully the financial outlay won’t be too high. An all-new racing game featuring Mickey Mouse, Captain Jack Sparrow, Sully from Monsters, Inc. and more has been announced and is coming to both PC and consoles.

Highlights

  • The game is played from a third-person perspective and sees the avatar species fend off blue aliens and shoot down members of the RDA to protect the natural environment. Niantic, the now-famous Pokémon GO development studio, specializes in augmented reality games. We’ve seen some attempts now in various AR games, where “criminal activity” is more likely to occur in certain places in the real world and can be dealt with when you go there.

  • The game clearly takes inspiration from the likes of Mario Kart and Crash Team His Racing, and that’s not a bad thing. This is a Disney game we can all stand behind, although it has no confirmed release date yet.
The Avatar franchise has had a number of announcements over the years, most of which are still waiting to come to fruition, but it looks like it’s finally going into series.Avatar: Reckoning is a new MMORPG shooter coming to mobile his Device only release.

Supervillains can even require multiple players, like raid battles in Pokémon GO. Of course, this is just speculation at this point, but Niantic’s games follow a familiar pattern. We don’t know much about it, but Amy Hennig, the director of his original Uncharted series, is working on a Marvel game starring Captain America and Black Panther. The teaser trailer shows the logo of HYDRA, Cap’s enemies allied with the Nazis, and the slogan “Four Heroes.” two worlds. The game is also likely set in his 1940s, with the events of World War II heavily influencing the setting.
