The only way to purchase these items is with the Moonstone currency, which was previously required to unlock the premium season pass reward track. You won’t be able to find these items anywhere else, such as at Scrooge McDuck’s General Store.
A premium shop has been added, according to the patch notes for the update that was just made public. This shop will feature “rotating cosmetic items like clothing, furniture, premium house skins, and more.”
