Asus ROG Phone 6D with Dimensity 9000+ appears on AnTuTu
The score of 1,146,594 for the phone with model number ASUS_AI2203_D may be unofficial and an outlier in AnTuTu terms, but it is still 2-3% more than the very same ROG Phone 6 Pro, powered by a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. More importantly, the CPU scored over 290,000 which is about 15% better than any Qualcomm chipset ever recorded. The total score is a sum of four key components – CPU, GPU, memory, and user interface and experience.
The ROG Phone 6 series was first introduced by Asus in July, and by the end of the month, the Pro phone had seized the top spot in AnTuTu. Another version has since surfaced online with somewhat improved benchmark scores, and according to rumours, the new gadget will go by the name ROG Phone 6D and be powered by a Dimensity 9000+.
Highlights
Well done mediatek you at least penetrated the FLAGSHIP Your no way near taking away considerable market share in the flagship space but it’s a good look/start ..keep it up I’d love to see Nubia try a Dimensity with a fan now. Why not just buy the ROG phone 7, 8 or 9 instead then? It will be even more powerful. ROG 6D is not needed it. ROG 7 next year is. This is just a way of earning even more money.
Asus is still staying silent on any new ROG phone launches but we expect the 6D to arrive soon, as the device was already certified at 3C with 65W fast charging.
