Atari and Polycade have teamed up to create a video game/art hybrid project. Polycade Limiteds, a creative partnership between the two businesses, enables creators to rebuild Atari games for the web3.
Established in 1993, Atari is a well-known name in the mainstream video gaming industry. Asteroids, Pong, Centipede, Missile Command, and Breakout are a few of the most well-known games. The chance to reproduce one of these games as a limited-edition “digital cartridge” that can be purchased on the blockchain will be given to each of the 12 creators.
