RMIT University funds a Master’s degree by research position that explores the intersection of clean energy technologies and opportunities for circular economy practices in the economy. The Clean Energy Lab was recently funded by the Government of Victoria as part of the Circular Economy and Climate Resilience Platform led by Professors Usha Iyer-Raniga and Brendan McGrath.
The purpose of the Clean Energy Lab is to study the interactions between innovative renewable energy technologies and the power grid. Research areas include solid-state energy conversion, storage systems, photovoltaics, energy systems integration, and energy data analytics.
The research project will be supported under the Energy/Water/Climate Resilience Nexus and will work with industry and government to collaborate on solutions alongside other existing RMIT activities (such as the RMIT Activator and his RMIT Enabling Capabilities Platform).
This scholarship provides living expenses of $32,841 per lata per year (full-time study) and tuition fees for up to two years.
