Players will have a ton of creative freedom while using Halo Infinite’s Forge mode to make new maps. Although the mode is still in development, the YouTuber said Red Nomster has already informed fans of its capabilities. Red Nomster unveils the map he made that was inspired by Kokiri Forest from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time in a brand-new movie. The developers explain how they were able to replicate famous places in an 18-minute film, as well as a lot of interesting references to Nintendo 64 games!
Kokiri Forest is the first location in Ocarina of Time, and it’s here that players first meet Link. Because of this, he’s probably one of the most iconic locations in all of gaming, and it’s easy to understand why Red Nomster chose this location. Red Nomster paid attention to detail, recreating the interior of Link’s house and adding a version of the Lost Forest. It’s all really impressive and something that will definitely appeal to Zelda fans as well as Halo Infinite fans!
As Red Nomster mentions at the beginning of the video, this is actually his second major production in Forge mode. Last month, he made a version of Andy’s Room from his series Toy Story for Disney and Pixar (readers can check it out here). These two maps of his will give Halo Infinite fans an idea of what’s possible with his Forge mode, and it will be interesting to see what the general public has in store for them when the full release takes place. would be very interesting.
