Deloitte’s main areas of expertise are auditing, consulting, advising and providing tax services. But the company also has a large presence in the global IT service delivery (ITSP) market.

4impact was founded in 2005, headquartered in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. The company has 102 employees listed on LinkedIn.

The acquisition will strengthen Deloitte’s offering of digital transformation services in the insurance industry and establish Deloitte as one of the leading Guide Certified Consultants in Australia.

4impact’s areas of expertise include project delivery, PMO setup, change management, IT leadership and implementation, business analytics, business process design, application/web development, business business intelligence, test automation, SOA, enterprise architecture, AWS, project banking, data. solutions, ISP, integration, RPA, automation, digital lending, general banking, core banking, Azure, system integration, Kakfa, Confluent.io, core banking and data management overall.

Guidewire is an insurance industry technology platform used by most insurance companies nationwide. The company says the acquisition will increase about 50 people on Deloitte’s Guidewire team.
