Maestro PMS, a leading provider of cloud and on-premises property management software for independent hotels, resorts, and multi-property groups, has unveiled its Hotel Technology Roadmap, which includes innovative features like AI chatbots, a new booking engine, and embedded payments.

The AI chatbots, known as Maestro AI, will provide guests with personalized, real-time assistance and recommendations, enhancing the guest experience and streamlining the communication process for hotel staff. This technology will allow guests to make reservations, request services, and get information about the hotel and local area, all through a seamless and user-friendly interface.

In addition, Maestro PMS has announced the upcoming launch of a new booking engine that promises to deliver a more intuitive and efficient online booking experience for hotel guests. The enhanced booking engine will feature improved search and filtering capabilities, responsive design for mobile devices, and a simplified checkout process, ultimately increasing direct bookings and revenue for hoteliers.

Furthermore, Maestro PMS is integrating embedded payments into its platform, enabling hoteliers to securely process payments within the property management system. This capability will simplify the payment process for guests, reduce the risk of fraud and data breaches, and streamline financial operations for hoteliers.
