This is a watch and other merchandise from Animar, a company that works with NASA on other watches. Hideo Kojima and the space agency are collaborating on a line called Space His Ludens, named after Kojima Productions’ astronaut-like mascot, Ludens. This watch has a similar design to the Ludens itself, with a gray/gold color scheme and highly visible metal parts and notches. Limited to 600 pieces, 100 of which will come with a Ludens mask (looks like Die Hardman from Death Stranding).
No pricing has been announced yet, but orders will begin on September 27th. Kojima Productions is now hinting at an upcoming project that appears to star actress Elle Fanning. Will it be related to his recently announced Xbox game, or Death Stranding 2 is unknown. It may be something completely new, but it’s a complete mystery at this point.
