Biomethane, also known as renewable natural gas, is a clean and sustainable energy source produced from organic waste, agricultural residues, and wastewater. It has the potential to replace conventional natural gas and significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

The partnership between NextChem Tech and ENGIE will leverage their respective expertise and resources to develop and commercialize innovative biomethane production technologies. This will include advanced biogas purification and upgrading processes, as well as the integration of biomethane into existing gas networks.
