Virginia Tech’s Online Programs Recognized as Some of the Best in the Nation

  1. Virginia Tech’s Master of Information Technology program has been ranked as the No. 3 Best Online Program in the nation for the third consecutive year.
  2. The Pamplin College of Business Online MBA program made its first appearance in the rankings, scoring highly in areas of concentration in general management and business analytics.
  3. Pamplin’s online degree programs received high rankings, with the online MBA program being ranked No. 12 out of 345 programs surveyed, showcasing the commitment to providing flexible educational opportunities while maintaining academic standards.

Virginia Tech’s online programs have once again been recognized among the nation’s best by U.S. News & World Report. The university’s online graduate programs in engineering and business have both been ranked in the top 15.

The online graduate engineering program was ranked No. 5 in the nation, moving up two spots from last year. This program offers a variety of engineering disciplines, including aerospace, civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering, allowing students to tailor their education to their specific career goals.

Additionally, Virginia Tech’s online graduate business program was ranked No. 13, solidifying its place among the top programs in the country. The program offers a Master of Information Technology and an MBA, both of which provide students with the flexibility to balance their education with their professional and personal lives.
