After a man from the Sunshine Coast posted a picture of the invoice his ailing mother received from the store, the retailer came under fire online. The elderly woman’s son turned to Reddit earlier this week to call out what he perceived to be an exorbitant fee, and the Sunshine Coast-based electronics store King IT Caloundra received harsh criticism from commenters.
