Foothold Technology (“Foothold”) announces a new partnership with Skyward Health (“Skyward”). The partnership will allow Skyward to oversee healthcare for his 30,000 members in his 15 counties in New York State.
Skyward’s goal is to close the health equity gap and ensure full access to quality and equitable health care for all members of health homes. Getting the right data at the right time and being able to analyze it easily is essential to achieving this goal. Skyward has selected Foothold, a technology partner of five of the state’s six largest Lead Health Homes, to contribute to this effort.
Foothold offers the only software platform that simultaneously handles home care management and billing. This is especially important as Skyward positions itself for upcoming changes to the state’s Medicaid delivery system and value-based payment arrangements.
